Don Dolce delivers cannoli entertainment and hospitality designed to elevate the atmosphere of your event. Moving seamlessly throughout the venue, Don Dolce and his Cannoli Capos engage and entertain guests while piping and topping cannoli to order.

Don Dolce and his Cannoli Capos are trained server-actors. They can take on a bold, theatrical presence — commanding attention through confident, expressive performance — or deliver a refined service with subtle theatrical touches, expressed through charm, timing, and composed humor.

Four to six weeks is the safest option; however, we can typically accommodate last-minute reservations.

We can cater up to a thousand guests for a private event.

Intimate events and small gatherings are the moments we value most.

If you’re planning a proposal, we would be honored to be part of that moment — serving celebratory cannoli to one of life’s most meaningful “yes.”

Absolutely.

Toppings:
We offer six topping slots, fully customizable to your preference. Popular choices include sprinkles, crushed nuts such as almonds and pistachios, Oreos, pretzel crumbs, and assorted candies like M&M’s and Butterfinger. A complete list of available toppings will be provided.

Cannoli Shells:
Gluten-free options are available.

Filling:
Dairy-free options are available.

Each engagement is priced individually, shaped by your vision, guest count, location, and level of service. Anticipate a $15 - $25 investment per guest.

Travel, custom attire, specialty toppings, and elevated requests are incorporated into the final proposal.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure reservations made at least four weeks in advance.

A second 25% non-refundable deposit is due two weeks prior to the event.
This deposit will be equal to the first.

For bookings made within four weeks of the event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due on the day of service, prior to service being rendered. Payments by check must be received no later than one week prior and must fully clear before the event.

We maintain a fully trained team to ensure continuity of service, with the ability to step in seamlessly when required. As such, the likelihood of Don Dolce being unable to fulfill a scheduled engagement is exceedingly rare.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to honor our commitment, all deposits will be refunded in full, along with an additional 25%.

Our cannoli are piped and topped to be enjoyed immediately upon service. The cream and toppings are temperature-controlled and have a limited safe lifespan. For both quality and food safety, our cannoli are to be enjoyed at the moment they are served.
